About

The Full Story

Founder Edward Ebel. War Orphaned from the Vietnam War. Father was an unknown US Navy Man and his mother a local Vietnamese Woman. Grew up in a Vietnamese Orphanage and came to America at the age of 5, with the 1975 Operation "Baby Lift", from Vietnam. Served 12 years in the US Army, Washington National Guard, EOC, DOIM. Worked in Education, Training, Technology and Coaching. Was Married, raised 4 kids, and adopted 6 more. He lives on a floating Home in SE Alaska by himself, where he opens his home to help Veterans, decompress from the Combat Stress and PTSD. No nearby neighbors, surrounded by Nature and the ocean, it is truly peaceful every day. He has had a heart to help Veterans recover from the stress of being a soldier and provide a "Home-Style" recovery program location. Not a hospital or medical facility, or a 1-week long camp, but a real home where soldiers could feel at home, with the time they need and get back to a place of inner peace and to get back to their families.
